This loan type is used for single-family residential properties with 1-4 units.

 

Stabilized Bridge

A short, 12-month term loan used for acquisition or refinance on a property that is typically rent-ready.

There is no rehab component to this loan and is typically used to “bridge the gap” long enough to qualify for long-term financing.

 

New Construction
